Unlike traditional decentralized exchanges, Decibel operates as a fully on-chain trading infrastructure that delivers centralized exchange-level performance while maintaining complete custody transparency and on-chain settlement.
The platform addresses a fundamental challenge in decentralized finance by eliminating the traditional tradeoffs between performance and decentralization. Decibel’s architecture supports cross-margin, multi-collateral accounts, enabling traders to utilize various assets as collateral while accessing multiple trading products simultaneously.
