What is Outcome?
Outcome is a prediction market platform built natively on Hyperliquid. Users trade binary outcomes on crypto prices, sports events (F1, football), commodities, politics, and finance — all settled on-chain, with no bridging required. Because Outcome runs directly on Hyperliquid, trades execute against your existing Hyperliquid balance at near-zero cost.
The platform uses Hyperliquid’s HIP-4 primitive and a custom CLOB matching engine. Markets operate like a real exchange, with bids, asks, and actual price discovery, rather than the AMM-based approach most prediction market protocols use. The project is fully bootstrapped; the team self-funded deployment by staking their own $HYPE tokens, with no VC backing.
By mainnet launch in May 2026, Outcome had already processed 500+ market resolutions and logged over 200,000 testnet participants. That’s a real base of activity before any token incentive existed.
