Overview
What is Rialo?
Rialo is a Layer 1 blockchain built by Subzero Labs that enables native integration between Web3 applications and real-world data. The platform uses event-driven architecture to support automated on-chain actions triggered by external events without requiring middleware or oracles. Backed by $20M in seed funding led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Variant, and Mysten Labs, Rialo launched its testnet in September 2025.
The blockchain targets developers building internet-scale dApps that need Web2-like responsiveness. Core use cases include tokenized real-world assets, prediction markets, AI agents, credit protocols, and automated trading systems. Rialo’s architecture combines RISC-V smart contracts with Solana VM compatibility, allowing direct HTTP calls and privacy-preserving execution at the protocol level.
By making real-world data access and reactive transactions native to the chain, Rialo eliminates traditional oracle dependencies and reduces trust assumptions. This approach positions the platform for applications requiring real-time external data integration with blockchain-level security and transparency.
