What is Upshot?
Upshot is a high-stakes prediction card game where players open mystery packs to find cards that are connected to real-life events. There is a prediction on each card, like the outcome of an F1 race or a sports game, as well as a prize amount and a date by which the prediction must be resolved. Users win money if the prediction comes true.
The platform is now in open beta and is based on a mix of trading collectible cards and prediction markets. Users can make lineups for contests, move up the leaderboards, and collect cards that are worth more than their cash value.
