Rayls

Rayls is a Layer-1 blockchain built specifically for banks and financial institutions, designed to bridge traditional finance (TradFi) with decentralized finance (DeFi). The platform focuses on three core pillars: privacy, compliance, and scalability.

HyperEVM

HyperEVM is a general-purpose Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chain implementation integrated directly into the Hyperliquid Layer 1 blockchain, allowing for smart contract programmability while leveraging the high-performance infrastructure. It combines the familiarity of EVM-compatible development with Hyperliquid’s HyperBFT consensus mechanism for security, sub-second transaction finality, and low fees, using HYPE as the native gas token.

Arc

Arc is an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain developed by Circle (the company behind USDC). It’s designed as an “Economic OS for the internet” to connect programmable money with real-world economic activity, focusing on on-chain lending, capital markets, FX, payments, and tokenized real-world assets.

Hotstuff

Hotstuff is a performance-optimized Layer-1 blockchain built specifically for high-speed on-chain trading. The protocol features 75-millisecond block times with 150-millisecond finality, capable of processing over 200,000 transactions per second. The platform addresses common DeFi trading issues including slow finality, unpredictable gas costs, and MEV through its fully on-chain order book system and deterministic fair-ordering mechanism.

Tempo

Tempo is a Layer 1 blockchain built specifically for stablecoin payments and real-world financial transactions.

SKALE

SKALE Network is a modular blockchain platform consisting of interconnected EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchains called SKALE Chains. The platform enables high-performance decentralized applications across AI agents, gaming, and NFTs with zero gas fees and instant transaction finality.

Rialo

Rialo is a Layer 1 blockchain built by Subzero Labs that enables native integration between Web3 applications and real-world data. The platform uses event-driven architecture to support automated on-chain actions triggered by external events without requiring middleware or oracles. Backed by $20M in seed funding led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Variant, and Mysten Labs, Rialo launched its testnet in September 2025.

Garth

The Qubic blockchain is the foundation of the high-yield project Garth ($GARTH). The story revolves around an upcoming AI takeover: on April 14, 2027, “Aigarth,” an AI system, assumes control of the project. In the interim, Garth runs an aggressive dual-engine earning system intended to serve as a source of recurring Web3 revenue.

SimpleChain

SimpleChain is a Layer 1 blockchain built for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization at institutional scale. Unlike general-purpose chains, it bakes compliance and data infrastructure into the protocol itself, so industries can tokenize assets without bolting on third-party compliance tools afterward.

NEAR Protocol

NEAR Protocol is a sharded layer-1 blockchain built around cross-chain execution and privacy. Its main consumer interface lets users swap assets across 35+ chains without manually bridging or managing gas on each network. It has raised over $607 million in total funding and targets high throughput with low fees.
